Definitions
Seller — a legal entity or individual entrepreneur that lists and sells goods through the Store.
Store — the Seller’s online storefront published on the internet.
Buyer — an individual or legal entity purchasing goods in the Store.
Content — texts, images, videos, descriptions, metadata and other materials posted in the Store by the Seller or its representatives.
AI tools — platform features that use artificial intelligence methods to generate or process Content.
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of sale (Offer) are a public proposal by the Seller to enter into a sale contract on the terms set out below.

2. Subject matter
2.1. The Seller sells and the Buyer purchases the goods presented in the Store.
3. Ordering and payment
3.1. Orders are placed via the Store website. Payment is made through the payment systems shown on the payment page, or in cash on delivery (if available).
3.2. The Seller accepts payments directly through the payment systems shown on the payment page, or in cash on delivery (if available). The Seller is responsible for correctly accepting payments and issuing fiscal receipts.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is made within the timeframes stated on the product page. Delivery cost is shown at checkout.
4.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier/courier, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Returns and exchanges
5.1. Goods of proper quality may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt if they retain their merchantable condition and are not subject to statutory exceptions.
5.2. Returns of goods of improper quality are handled as provided by law and these Terms.
6. Warranties and liability
6.1. The Seller warrants that the goods match the description and stated characteristics. Warranty periods are indicated on the product card.
6.2. The Seller is liable to the Buyer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. Copyright and content
7.1. All texts and images in the Store belong to the Seller or are used with permission. The Seller warrants that it holds the rights to the materials used, including materials generated with AI.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing agreement — in court at the Seller’s place of registration.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. The Seller may amend the Offer; changes take effect upon publication on the website.
