Return and warranty policy

1. Reference to definitions

Terms used in this Policy have the meanings given in the Store’s Public offer. See definitions here: Public offer / Definitions.

2. Return of goods of proper quality

Returns are possible within 14 calendar days if the goods retain their merchantable condition, packaging and documents, and are not subject to statutory exceptions.

3. Return of goods of improper quality

If a defect is found, the Buyer sends a claim and photos/video of the defect to demo@fluxo.sale. The Seller arranges return and replacement or a refund within 10 business days after receiving the goods.

4. Warranty service

The warranty period is stated on the product card. Warranty service is provided at the manufacturer’s service centres or by the Seller.

5. Refund procedure

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed, within 10 business days after the return is confirmed.
